Finn of the Farm

Finn is a beautiful sable male that has a great home with the Kincheloe family and one cat named Picaboo.  It seems that Picaboo is teaching Finn the art of "mousing".  I can't wait to see what Finn teaches Picaboo!  Yep, Finn is quite happy with his family traveling and attending the kids BMX bike races.  Finn is definately no longer a farm dog, but is now off to the races!  Thanks to the Kincheloe (and even Picaboo) for providing such a great home for Finn.

NEWS FLASH

"Finn" has graduated with flying colors from obedience school.  Seems the only problem was he liked to bark when the teacher talked.   Wonder if Picaboo the cat ever went to obedience school??????  Just goes to show.....

                                              Dogs Rule!     ...sorry Picaboo

Sundance Petrangelo

I remember crying all the way to the airport to get this puppy to the Petrangelo family.  American Airlines must have seen this before, because they just rolled their eyes.  Even knowing she was going to be a New England Girl, they named her Sundance in the true spirit of our country farm.  She continues to keep her corgi brother Linus and all her family entertained.  Best of all, I can look into eyes in her pictures and know, without a doubt ,she is loved.  Thank you Donna , Linus and family for providing a great, great home for Sundance!

Teddy Hancock

When Teddy was a baby, Mike, a soldier from Fort Bragg and his soon to be wife Ember visited the farm in search of a corgi puppy.  They immediately settled on this fat, cute puppy and named him appropriately "Teddy".  Every other weekend or so, a busy young military guy drove hours to visit this little puppy faithfully until he went home.  When Teddy left the farm he was cute, smart, and a ball of fun.  Ember has graciously sent some pictures of one handsome, grown-up "Teddy".  Ember and Mike are now married and it is Ember and Teddy who await patiently Mike to come home from overseas.  So take a moment, and think good thoughts for Mike, that he may come home safely.  Thank you Mike and Ember for providing Teddy with such a great home, and Mike for all you do to keep us safe.  Come home soon!

Princess Abigail McCarter

Abilgail is truly one of the luckest corgis I know, she has a husband in waiting "DannyBoy" that adores her, an adopted mother corgi named "Peanut", and a wonderful dad Tom McCarter who spoils them all!  Everyone calls Abigail the "Princess", but trust me, she is really "The Queen"!  Looking forward to Abigail and DannyBoy's puppies in a couple of years, they should be excellent parents and produce beautiful babies.  Oh yeah...as you can see from the pictures...she has her own throne.  Thank you Tom, for giving "Queen Abigail" such a great life!

Parker Stanley

Many of you remember "Parker" she was the "runt" out of a litter of 10.  She did not require special care, had lots of attitude, and never really believed she was a dog because we carried her in our coat pockets around the farm.  I have had lots of people who return with their corgis to visit us at the farm ask "whatever happened to that little puppy"?  Well what most people don't know is that not only is Parker a very special puppy, but she has a home with one very special guy and someone that I am blessed to call a friend.  As she is busy making her owner and his wife Pat very happy, she doesn't know she has her own special fan club.  So to all who know her.....I present one very special puppy....Parker Stanley

Caleb Shriver

Well this is a story...Ms Shriver comes to the farm and brings her friend Ms. Thompson with her to "look" at Caleb.  Ms. Shriver falls for Cabel and low and behold her friend Ms. Thompson couldn't leave without my last puppy "Kiwi"!  Now the puppies have play dates together a couple of times a week, and judging from the e-mails I get, sounds like the puppies are training the families just right!  Kiwi has MR. Thompson putting up a fence for her, and well Caleb, as you can see from the picture, is working on teaching Ms. Shirver the art of transport.  What a great day, met two really nice ladies, and sent them home with 2 REALLY LUCKY puppies.  Thank you both for providing lots of love and great homes to my babies...

Chutney Kay Sorrell

Chutney's mom is also spoiling her nicely.  Chutney has her own yard as you can see, and spends her days watching after mom, and annoying her housemate the cat.  Seems things are getting a little better and they are now sleeping in the same bed!  Thanks to the Sorrell family for providing Chutney with a wonderful home and lots of love....even from the cat.

Mur-fi Peterson

Mur-fi has settled into her job of being an "only dog" quite nicely.  She has a hectic schedule taking care of mom and dad, and word is, she even goes to work with mom.  Here, she is seen on her day off, lounging around the patio watching the grass grow and contemplating what a lucky dog she is.  Thanks to the Peterson's for keeping Mur-fi busy, and providing her with lots of love.

Bubba Sue and Sexxy Keen

Bubba Sue is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever and Sexxy is a Golden Retriever that we have owned for about 10 years.  All of our puppies are socialized with these big dogs and both females are quite loving and "motherly" with the puppies.

Miranda and Sexxy

Sexxy is the older to the two dogs, and when 6 week old Bubba Sue came to the farm about a year later she would take Bubba Sue by her ears, drag her out to the pasture and leave her.  Sexxy definately liked being an "only dog" years ago, but now will not eat without Bubba Sue by her side.

John and Bubba Sue

When you visit the farm, Bubba Sue will greet you with a smile that is typical for her breed.  Even though she is quite friendly, great with the 8 week old puppies and the lesson kids, she is still a guard dog.  No matter what the time, if we leave the house Bubba Sue is by our side.  Why the odd name?  She was supposed to be a Bubba, but is a Sue.
